This is the majority of our equipment being used at the moment...
We are currently using a variety of audio recording devices, which include two digital audio recorders as well as wireless audio. The group is using two different style digital cameras for photography. We have at our disposal three digital thermometers, one reading surface temperature and two that read ambient temperature of the surrounding air. We also have a set of two-way radios for the teams as they investigate larger areas, so that they can stay in contact with other members at all times. We also have three different types of EMF detection equipment (only two shown in the photo). These work with both some audio and visual alert to changes in EMF while investigating.
Our video equipment has been recently updated. We originally used only the digital and hi-8 video camera to capture all of our footage. We have aquired a new 4 channel dvr system with dvd writing capability, along with several IR cameras. We have a compact monitor to watch the footage as it records. We have a number of IR lighting devices at our disposal as well, including several small camera mounted versions, in addition to the larger, more powerful ones for large areas or long hallways.
